1. Each document is processed through Adobe Acrobat's accessibility checker, the PAC3 International PDF checker, and a manual check using industry-standard screen reader technology JAWS.

3. Documents are evaluated for accessibility using adobe acrobat. If necessary we will run OCR on the PDF using Abbyy Finereader, OmniPage 18, or Adobe Acrobat's OCR features.

We conduct all the applicable tests (WCAG 2.1 Levels A, AA, AAA or Document Remediation/508), then identify and suggest accessibility fixes for MS Word, PDF, and other documents. As an option, we can apply the fixes to your documents in order to bring it into full compliance with the Document Remediation/508 standard. We provide complete test results reports and a VPAT (2.1).
